Practice Rounds

All practice rounds must be scheduled with the host professional at each of the participating courses.  The fee of a practice round is at the discretion of the host facility.

Caddies

Caddies will not be allowed for players who are playing 18 holes in their tournament rounds.  Children playing 3, 6, or 9 holes may have caddies.  Pull carts will be available for each tournament round.  No player may have use of an electric cart at any time. (Written authorization needed for those playing with disabilities requiring use of an electric cart).

Spectator Guidelines

Spectators are welcome and encouraged to attend all events.  The following rules will be STRICTLY enforced.  Rules for spectators are as follows:

• Spectator carts will be allowed only at the discretion of the host course.  Cart fees are $20.00 at the 18 hole tournaments and $10.00 at the 9 hole tournaments.
• Spectator MUST stay in the rough or on the cart paths and 25 yards away from players.
• Spectators are allowed to carry water, umbrella, jackets, towels and food for players.
• Spectators are NOT allowed to give advice to players.  Players may be penalized for a violation.
• Players shall NOT carry on conversations with spectators.  This action could be construed as ADVICE.  Players may be penalized for a violation.
• The player is responsible for the actions of his/her spectators.

Exception: Spectators/parents may be asked to assist in monitoring play.

Pairings for Events

A pairing sheet for each tournament entered will be emailed to the player approximately 1 week before the event.  Pairings will also be available online.  There will be NO changes in the pairings or starting times.  The decision of the tournament committee is final.  This is your confirmation of entry.  If you are not listed and feel you should be, please contact us immediately.
