Entries will be accepted up to 2 weeks prior to each event.  However, the player is NOT guaranteed a spot in the tournament.  Only if the event is not filled will they be entered on a first come, first serve basis.  Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.  No phone entries will be accepted.
  2. All entries for tour events will be processed first come, first served.
  3. When the entries are processed, if the event you have requested is full, you will be placed on an alternate list in the order received.
  4. If you are on an alternate list, you may switch to an event that is not full; or wait to be notified by IJGF that your spot is open.
  5. If you are wishing to switch, you may call the office and see which tournaments are still open.
  6. If you are an alternate in an event and choose to wait for a spot to open up, up to 1 week before the tournament date, you will be notified by mail.  If less than 1 week, IJGF will call and invite you to play.  You may show up at an event and try to get in, but no guarantees are given there will be a no-show.
  7. All alternates not placed in the original tournament or another event of their choice will receive a full refund of entry fee for that event.

Withdraw Procedures
A player may withdraw from an event by May 27, 2010 and receive a full refund of the tournament fee.  Withdraws after the May 27, 2010 deadline will result in forfeiture of the entry fee.  A player may transfer from one tournament to another after the deadline only if the tournament is not full.  If the tournament is full, the entry fee will remain non-refundable.

IHSAA Waiver Form
The IHSAA waiver form can be found in the informational brochure for those players who wish to play in the Indianpolis Jr. Golf Foundation Tour during his/her golf season.  The form needs to be returned to the IHSAA for their approval. This should be completed by all high school students playing golf for their school.

Rain Outs or Rescheduling of Events Due to Weather
If a tournament is a total rainout, an attempt will be made to either a) reschedule the event,b) place players in another event or c)give refunds to the participant.  Any 18 hole tournament will be considered complete if the entire field has completed 9 holes of play. If all players in the same age group have finished the same 9 holes, then that 9 hole score will be used.  If they have completed a different set of 9 holes, their score will be determined by their relation to par for those holes each individual played.

Parent Volunteers
The success of our tour will greatly depend upon the involvement of the player's parents.  Therefore, we have made a request that each player's parent(s) volunteer to assist in at least one event.  Volunteer duties will consist of many different tasks including:  registration of players, starters, course marshals scoring, distributing lunches, etc.  We thank you in advance for your participation in helping to make your child's experience most memorable.
